Bay Water Hauling is a family owned and operated business. I worked in the customer service industry for forty years and took great pride in helping every customer with their needs.
I value good customer service and want the same for my customers.
When I retired in 2019, I realized I missed the daily interaction with customers and researched options to return to customer service. I discovered the need for bulk potable water in the Nanaimo area. My family has a taken a roll in helping me achieve my goal of providing the best service available.
Our number one goal is to meet and exceed Vancouver Island Health Authority standards and offer better customer service than that available from our competitors.
